Long-term health preservation and disease prevention, health optimization
I graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine of Semmelweis University and later took my Family Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Hypertonology license exams at Semmelweis University.
My interest was in lifestyle medicine, prevention, health preservation, and screening tests. In 2017, I obtained the International Lifestyle Medicine Professional Examination (diplIBLM), and in 2022, I completed the Health and Wellness Coach basic training (Wellcoaches, USA).
Since 2021, I have been an instructor at the Medical Fitness Specialist training course at the IWI International Fitness School (Medical Exercise Specialist), and in 2025, I obtained the Medical Fitness Specialist qualification.
I lived in the United States for several years, doing postdoctoral research at St. Jude Children’s Hospital and Houston Methodist Hospital, and after passing the USMLE exams, I did clinical medical work in the Family Medicine Residency program at the University of Tennessee.
I am a lecturer at the Department of Family Medicine at Semmelweis University, and I train medical students and residents.
I regularly participate in domestic and international conferences as a speaker and student, and I am a member of the European Lifestyle Medicine Society (ELMO) and the Hungarian Medical Association of America (HMAA).
I am a co-author of several scientific publications and a chapter writer in professional books, on the topics of lifestyle medicine, prevention, and Medical Fitness.
My approach and field of expertise are preventive medicine, lifestyle medicine, weight optimization, pharmacological and non-pharmacological prevention, and long-term health preservation.
